I don't know how to use this software (damn social science education!).

However, this is what's in store for Q&A for the summer:
Thinking about a Bay Area get-together for Q&A folks, maybe dinner and a movie, or a club.

However, let's get planning for next year!
We still kind of need a more formal officer core, or we could continue as we are now and go on a project-by-project basis.

Big/Lil Sib Program (in the works) - in conjunction with AANSOC (Asian American NSO Committee) and Asian American community orgs.
Queer Sibs of Color program with the other QVSOs of Color - BlaQS and SAIG and possibly Familia

December 1-3, 2006 - Possible trip to LA to go to FUSION, a queer people of color film festival. We'll look into the logistics of this, but for your viewing pleasure: http://outfest.org/fusion.html

Stanford Q&A, re-established 2005. Welcome, look around (or check back when there's content). Here is a working mission statement, well one of them:
Welcome to the Facebook home of Q&A, Queer (and Questioning) Asian and Pacific Islander (Americans) at Stanford. We are a newly-revived organization dedicated to fostering community, raising awareness, and encouraging a queer Asian consciousness at Stanford.

We have bi-weekly meetings and periodic events. If you want to be on our planning committee and help out with events/meetings/direction, or you would like to be added to our email list, please add yourself to the q&a list: queerasians@lists.stanford.edu, OR email Jerry (jerryzee@stanford.edu).

All correspondence will be treated as confidential, you don't need to be queer, Asian, or out to participate in anything that Q&A does! For more information, please contact anyone in the group.

We are always looking for people who are Asian, queer, straight allies, and anyone interested in learning about issues, meeting some cool people, and being involved in something. We hope to see you around!!!
